KVKK Clarification Notice

This notice is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), explaining how Clinic Mery, as data controller, processes your personal data.
Data controller
Clinic Mery (Istanbul, Türkiye) acts as the data controller for your personal data within the meaning of the KVKK.
Personal data processed
We process identity and contact data, the health information and photos you share for an assessment, and basic website usage data.
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver your treatment, arrange your care and travel, and meet our legal obligations.
Legal grounds
Processing is based on your explicit consent (for health data), the establishment or performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests, under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
Transfers
Data may be shared with treating specialists, partners and service providers involved in your care, in line with the KVKK.
Retention
We retain your data only for as long as required for these purposes and by applicable law.
Your rights (Article 11)
