Overview
An eyebrow transplant takes single-hair grafts from the back of the scalp and places them almost flat against the skin, following the brow's natural direction map: upward at the head, sideways through the body, outward along the tail. Both brows together usually take 300–800 grafts and the session runs 3–4 hours. Because the grafts come from the scalp, the transplanted hairs keep growing at scalp speed.

Send photos of your brows from the front and side. Within 24 hours you receive the proposed shape, a graft range and timings in writing.

Brow design and approval
On arrival day the brow shape is drawn to your facial proportions. Thickness, arch and tail length are approved in front of a mirror before anything starts.

Single-hair harvest and placement
Fine single-hair grafts are selected from the back of the scalp and placed almost parallel to the skin, following the planned direction map.

Check and flight home
The area is checked the next day, the first cleaning is demonstrated and your aftercare sheet is handed over. You can travel on day three.
Aftercare & long-term tips
For the first week do not rub the area, do not use make-up or brow pencil, and wash around the brows rather than over them. Crusts fall off on their own; pulling them takes the hair with them. From month three you start trimming regularly, with reviews at months three, six and ten.

Stick to soft, lukewarm foods and drinks; avoid very hot or hard items while any numbness or sensitivity settles.
First few days
Ease back into normal eating as sensitivity fades — usually within a few days.

Risks and an honest expectation
A proportion of grafts may fail to take, there can be swelling and bruising around the eyes in the first days, and occasionally a hair grows in a direction other than the one planned. Because stray directions can be corrected in a small session a year later, we deliberately do not overload density in the first operation. Surgery is postponed during active alopecia areata.
